Every workout and movement can be modified to match your skill level! It is never too late to get started. (Check out this video about a woman who found CrossFit in her 60's!)
What if I don't have any prior CrossFit experience?
No CrossFit experience? No problem! Elements classes are available for all new members. Coaches will go over proper form and technique for all lifts and movements ensuring you have a safe and positive experience when you join our regular group classes.
What do I need for class?
Comfortable athletic wear, water, and a positive attitude.
How quickly can I expect to see results?
Just like any fitness program, you get what you put into it. Athletes who consistently attend 3 or more classes per week and get proper nutrition can expect to start seeing strength gains and fat loss in the first 12 weeks.
